【Special delivery arrangements and onsite maintenance service during the outbreak period

If the delivery or maintenance person arrives at the building or premises only to find that there is a sudden confirmed case there, the delivery or maintenance person has the right to refuse to come to the door after assessing the risk, and will call the customer again to confirm the arrangement.


Delivery arrangement for sofa products

Due to the current delivery situation, the delivery date for made to order sofa products, recliner sofas: 4 weeks after placing order ; other leather / fabric sofa, sofa bed: 3 weeks after placing order . The delivery date of some orders may be delayed. Final delivery date to be confirmed with customer by delivery team. (Stock available products can be delivered within 14 days.)


These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are products or services. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Giormani Online Store website accessible at https://giormani.com (the "Website").Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Website. By using this website, you are signify that you have read these terms and conditions,and you are accept and agree to be bounded by these terms and conditions.

Leather is natural material, slightly grain variations and skin scars are normal. Leather seat surface will become wrinkled and loosen after used. It is a normal condition for a leather sofa.



The color of natural leather with grain variations will be reflected differently under different light color and brightness (lumen). The color of natural leather and PVC are slightly different.



Sofa seat height and softness maybe slightly different from the sofa item at shop due to different softness level of the sofa.



Customer must accept size tolerance of +/-2 inches on each side of a product; sofa direction is based on when sit on the sofa.



The upholstery material of half leather sofa consists of genuine leather and synthetic leather. The area in genuine leather of each half-leather sofa model is different and it is determined by the Company. For more details, please contact our customer service department.



No replacement will be accepted after checking and signing on the Delivery Note.



All content on this website including text, pictures, photos etc. are owned by The Company. Except with our express permission, you are not allowed to upload , post, publish or sell in any way any component of the website itself, as the website is copyrighted under applicable laws. The Company reserves all other rights.



The Company will update the products on the website, their prices and information. The Company reserves the right to change this website and its content at any time without prior notice.The Company has the final decision.

The Company take all reasonable care to ensure that the availability of the inventory on the website. If the purchase item is running out of stock,we will arrange refund for the related out of stock item accordingly. The Company will not bear any responsibility to anyone in this regard.

We will inform you via your contact number or email you provided in the order. And you can choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact or receive your reply, the order will be canceled.



We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.



By placing an order using Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer, you confirm that the Credit card or payment account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If we fail to receive the payment of the order in any reason, The Company will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and any loss you may suffer. The Company reserve the right to recover the payment of the order.



If your credit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.



The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the credit card you use of the transaction.



Once you submitted your order, you need to complete the payment and upload the payment receipt to our website within 3 days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically. After payment, the Company will send an email to the email address you provided to confirm the receipt of order, however the email does not indicate that The Company has accepted the order. If you receive an email to notify you that the products have been sent, it means that your order has been accepted.



In case of any of the following situations (including but not limited to), The Company reserves the right not to accept the order,

■ Your purchase item is running out of stock.

■ Price, product content and description are incorrect.

■ The Company fails to receive the payment of the order.

 Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this website.




We currently only offer delivery to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). The company will be responsible for service delivery by a third party transportation company. In order to provide service, The Company will provide relevant personal data to the third parties. For more details, please refer to Privacy Policy.



Free a single delivery (applicable in Hong Kong only, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) with a single online purchase on HK$1,000. HK$ 55 delivery fee from online purchase on HK$ 501 – HK$ 999. HK$ 40 delivery fee from online purchase below HK$ 500.



You and your representative need to sign and confirm that the goods have been received and taken the responsibility. If the consignee is not you,which you accept the consignee’s signature to confirm that the goods have been received. If we confirmed the goods have been received, The Company has completed your order.



The company offers 7-Day Trial & Return Guarantee if you purchase our selected GIORMANI sofas on this online store. It is applicable to the designated sofa items produced by GIORMANI (other products are not subject to return). The sofa items must be in good, clean and intact condition to be valid for the Trial & Return Guarantee. The refund and return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. For the details of 7-Day Trial & Return Guarantee, please refers to "7-Day Trial & Return Guarantee".

If the product of Leitmotiv, Karlsson, pt, you ordered are found to be damaged by non-human factor, please contact the sole distributor for after sales service at (852) 2455 3208 within 7 days from the date of purchase with GIORMANI receipt.No warranty for all items except the Karlsson items that can enjoy 2-year limited warranty provided by the sole distributor.


The Company does not guarantee that website and service is correct and harmless. You should ensure that you have install the latest software, likes anti-virus software to ensure the safety to your browser.


For any reason, all the liabilities, costs, losses, damages or injuries caused by the goods purchased from The Company. In any case, the maximum amount will not exceed HK$ 100.


Any failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy contained in the Terms & Conditions by The Company shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such and any other right, power or remedy.


The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.


These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. In case of dispute,both parties must comply with Hong Kong court ruling.



In case of dispute, The Company reserves the right of final decision.
