Terms & Conditions

1.   Trial & Return Guarantee is applicable for selected sofa items produced by GIORMANI and purchased on this online store only.

1.   Trial & Return Guarantee is not applicable for display sofa items.

2.   The sofa items must be in good, clean and intact condition to be valid for the Trial & Return Guarantee.

3.   The refund and return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

4.   HK$800 will be charged for the retrieval service of the sofa items. Additional fee charges maybe incurred for extra services for retrieving the sofa e.g. retrieve from the place without lift access, disassemble the sofa on-site etc. For the details of the additional fee charges, please refers to “Fee Charges for Extra Services” or contact our customer service hotline at (852) 2688 2072.

5.   The address of delivering and retrieving the sofa items should be the same as shown on the sales order.

6.   Refund would be settled in 4 weeks and via your original payment method.

7.   Each sales order can be returned once only.

8.   We have the right to deduct the refunds partially if the return item(s) involves in any collective promotion.

9.   We have the right to deduct the refunds partially if the return item(s) involves in any collective delivery discount.

10. GIORMANI reserves the right to amend, update the above terms and conditions or terminate the program without prior notice. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
