What do you do if one of my online purchased item is running out of stock?
We will contact you before the delivery and will arrange refund for the related out of stock item accordingly. If you pay by credit card, the payment will be returned to your credit card account directly. If you pay with your PayPal account, the payment will be returned to your PayPal account. The refund process takes around 4-6 weeks from the date of the refund.
