The Hong Kong Furniture & Decoration Manufacturers' Association (HKFDA) held its 70th Anniversary and 39th Director Inauguration Ceremony on 25 February. On that day, the President of the Legislative Council, Mr. Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen, and the Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Dr. Barry Chan Pak-lai, were invited as guests of honor to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of HKFDA, and to express the future outlook of the Association. Ms. Jane Tong, Founder and Executive Director of GIORMANI, and Mr. Kelvin Ng, Founder and Chief Designer of GIORMANI, also participated in the ceremony. Jane was officially inaugurated as the new Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and we were honored that the Laputa Sofa, designed by Hong Kong's renowned product designer Ron Leung, was awarded the  “2025 Innovative Furniture Design Award”, and we will continue to design more innovative furniture and create a better future for the Hong Kong Furniture & Decoration Industry!

The Federation of Hong Kong Furniture & Decoration Manufacturers (Furniture & Decoration Association of Hong Kong), in collaboration with Hong Kong's renowned designers Rising Talents, participated in HK+FR FFWD project, which was exhibited for the first time at the Maison&Objet Spring Show in Paris. GIORMANI also cooperated with CLUZEL /PLUCHON, a French studio, to produce the first combed “ISOLA”, which showcases the creativity and strength of Hong Kong designers, and at the same time demonstrates the professionalism of Hong Kong's furniture and home furnishings industry in the hope of promoting the development of Hong Kong's furniture and home furnishings industry.
