GIORMANI x Cloud Studio We are making Comfort Zone Tuftingworkshop


Date: 25/9/2022 (Sun)

Time: 11am – 2pm (Please arrive atleast 10 minutes early)

Location: 8C, Wing Hin FactoryBuilding, 31-33 Ng Fong Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon

Fee: $1,000 for 2 person (Include2 rugs with around 40cm x 40cm, materials and tools)

*Photos and videos will be taken during theworkshop, which may be used for the promotion of GIORMANI.

*Each group of guests can bring up to 2friend to attend the workshop.


In this 3-hours workshop,all tufting materials (45*45cm tufting frame, yarns, and

tufting gun), tutor feeand miscellaneous fee are included. If the product CANNOT finish on that day, CloudStudio’s staffs will complete all final treatment (includes glue and dryproducts, trimming) in around a week for free. Additional fees will be charged forany incomplete products to have overtime of workshop.

For each group of guests,they will receive complimentary $600 GIORMANI gift coupon ($400 sofa giftcoupon and $200 accessories gift coupon).


Workshop Procedures

1. Before workshop

- Provide suggestions on the idea of design, Simplify design ifnecessary

- Look through our gallery if you do not have any idea

- We have over 100 colored yarns

- Draw your design on tufting fabric (Completed by Cloud Studio)

2. During workshop

- Introduce the set up

- Instruction and safety precaution of using tufting gun

- Practice various of line (Common lines are included straight,curve and circle)

- Tuft your own patterns

- Tutor will provide suggestions and assist if necessary

- Glue and dry products

- Trimming

Enrollment and payment method


•         A limited quota for each workshop will be offered on a first-come,first-served basis.

•         Workshop registrants should arrive at the workshop venue 10minutes before the scheduled time.

•         Latecomers will not be entertained. No refund on the workshop fee.

•         Participants who join the workshop will be deemed to be anacceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants should follow the instructionsfrom the tutors.

•         No re-entry to the workshops if participants leave during theworkshop

•         Participants should read the terms and conditions before settlingthe payment.

•         Participants should provide accurate Chinese and English name,mobile phone number and e-mail in application process, so that GIORMANI cancontact the participants when necessary.

Payment method

•         The enrollment shall take place at the GIORMANI website.

•         Workshops are only confirmed once fees are paid in full.

•         Applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis uponfull payment.

•         Acceptance is subject to the discretion of GIORMANI.

•         The successful applicants will be notified of their applicationresult via email. Please check your email accordingly.

No refunds

•         No refunds on workshop fees paid will be made. Participants willbe notified for such cases.

Nontransferable

•         Workshop’s enrollment cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.

No exchange

•         Fees and places of the workshops cannot be transferred. Onlyenrolled participants are allowed to attend the workshops.

Notifications

GIORMANI staff may require participants to provide their emailconfirmation to verify participants’ identities.

GIORMANI reserves the right to stop who could not prove theiridentities from taking workshops.

Points to Note

• The workshop description and photos are for reference only.

• GIORMANI reserves the right to cancel workshops and change thetime and instructor of workshops when necessary.

• No photo taking, and video/audio recording is allowed byparticipant during workshop without the consent of GIORMANI.

• GIORMANI is entitled to take photographs of, videotape oraudio-record the workshops, and use such photos, images, audios and videos inany media or format without any payment or consideration to the participants.The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of GIORMANI.

• Participants acknowledge that the workshop may be photographed orvideo-recorded by other third party and they should be aware of this beforemaking the decision to enroll and they agree to hold GIORMANI harmless inrelation to any complaints made regarding this issue.


Workshop rules

Tufting Pattern:

⟣ Please preparethe pattern you want to tuft, and Cloud Studio can provide suggestions.

⟣ If necessary, CloudStudio can provide photos drawing service. (Only available for one week beforeworkshop and one-time amendment service)

⟣ It isrecommended that the pictures only contain 3-6 colors for better viewing!

⟣ You can choosethe pattern provided by our shop


Epidemicmeasures:

⟣ Due to theepidemic situation, you need to cooperate with temperature measurement and handcleaning before entering the workshop

⟣ Masks must beworn throughout the activity (including instructors)

⟣ Our studio andtools used should be carefully cleaned with disinfectant alcohol

•   If participants cannot finish tufting part (the part thatusing tufting gun) within the time limit, there will be overtime. Cloud Studio willcollect $150/product for finishing the tufting part. Additional fees will becharged for any incomplete products to have overtime of workshop. You can pickthe finished product via SF express or Cloud Studio.

Typhoons and Rainstorms

• If a workshop has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclementweather (typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm), GIORMANI staffwill notify the participants of the arrangements as soon as possible.

• GIORMANI may decide whether to continue the workshops according tothe actual situation.

• The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases,participants should consider the weather and transport situation to decidewhether to attend the workshops. No workshop or refund will be arranged to theabsentee for these cases. No refund will be arranged for workshops cancelleddue to bad weather.

General terms and conditions

a.    GIORMANI is entitledto suspend, terminate, or cancel this program at any time without any priornotice or compensation.

b.    GIORMANI has the rightto amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
